- Authentic Environment: Participants stay in specially designed barracks featuring plain walls, thick black grilles, compact washrooms, and earthen pots for drinking water.
- Real Prison Conditions: The stay involves eating standard prison food, following strictly regulated daily routines, and experiencing restricted movement to provide a realistic glimpse into incarceration.
- Various Cell Types: The setups range from single-bed rooms and shared four-bed living spaces to double-grilled high-security barracks.

The Prison Museum
Inaugurated by Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, the newly opened museum on the premises showcases the evolution of Indian prisons from punitive spaces to modern correctional institutions.
- Historical Exhibits: The museum features colonial-era punishment tools, iron shackles, rare artifacts, and historically recreated jail structures.
- Nation-Building Contributions: Thematic galleries document the involvement of prison labor in major national projects, including the construction of the Nagarjuna Sagar dam between 1961 and 1968.
